| Background Check |
Mount Olive Township passed an ordinance (Ord.# 16-2015) requiring a background check for ALL persons who supervise youth during an organized sport or recreation event. For our organization, this includes, but is not limited to, Coaches, Team Managers, Parent Helpers, and some Department Heads. To complete the background check following the directions on the Background Check page. The background check needs to be repeated every 3 years. |
| State F License |
All volunteer coaches must obtain their State F License from NJYS. MOSC will reimburse coaches for the cost of the course once they submit a copy of their F license. | Concussion Awareness |
All volunteer coaches must complete a concussion awareness course. The HEADS UP Course Concussion in Youth Sports Training Course can be take online at http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/Training/HeadsUpConcussion.html. Upon completion of the course ensure you print or download a copy of your certificate. Please submit a copy of the certificate to the club. |
